After the initial foodservice new construction bid had come in over budget, Foodservice Directors at Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin called in Boelter to refine the design and make it more affordable. The Boelter team enhanced early ideas, identified cost savings opportunities, made equipment recommendations that fit the facility’s goals. Overall, we came in with a 75% smaller budget than the original proposal.
