Bill Bourne is a food service design build specialist who has seen nearly every facet of food service. Working in the industry since 1978, he has spent time as a dealer, designer, restaurant owner, and manufacturer’s representative. He brings insight, flexibility, and open-mindedness to every job, and considers himself more of a facilitator and educator than a sales person.
Bill’s niches are with independent restaurant foodservice operators and multi-unit chains that are interested in finding the most cost-effective approach to remodeling, reconstruction, furniture and equipment. He enjoys working with every customer and determining the most functional and efficient designs. Bill is especially skilled at sourcing the perfect piece of equipment, new and used.
Most recently, Bill has completed works in St. Louis for Sub Zero Vodka Bar, Gamlin Whiskey House, and Sugarfire Smoke House, and he is currently working on designs for the nationwide chain, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop. In his spare time, Bill enjoys golf, cooking, and entertaining. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida.
