Brett Kroening has been a Project Manager and Designer with the Boelter Foodservice Design group for eleven years. Before becoming a member of the Boelter team, he was employed for seven years by a different commercial kitchen fabrication and installation company in the Milwaukee area.
As one of Boelter’s lead project managers and designers, Brett is passionate about keeping up with the latest innovations in foodservice technology. He has managed, and in some cases designed, several notable projects: Valparaiso University Harre Union (Valparaiso, Indiana), Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital (Milwaukee, Wisconsin), Kromrey Middle School (Middleton, Wisconsin), Lambeau Field (Green Bay, Wisconsin), and Miller Park (Milwaukee, Wisconsin).
Brett’s hands-on background makes him a great resource when translating kitchen flow and functionality into equipment designs and installation.
