Chris has a strong background in foodservice layout and coordination of projects, which includes engineering, purchasing, and overall field coordination with general contractors and other appropriate trades. Chris’ expertise encompasses facility design, preparation of written specifications, and equipment selection. His services cover the direct supervision of all phases of the foodservice scope on projects. Also, his extensive background lends a unique design perspective to every project he’s involved with.
After nearly four decades in our industry, Chris has worked on several notable projects including, North Shore Hospitals, Delnor & Central Dupage Hospital, Bradley University, Kemper Lakes G.C., Bull Valley G.C., Empress Casino, Showboat Casino, Zurich Insurance, Schofield Barracks, and the 95th in the John Hancock Building.
After attending college at Toledo University and receiving an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering and Architecture, Chris went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Northeastern University. He is a retired Navy Chief who served 3-years active duty and 21-years as a reserve.
