As the leader of Boelter Foodservice Design & Equipment in Chicago, Eric Chaplick is dedicated to the success of every project. With over 30 years as a foodservice designer, he has the expertise and experience to expand a concept into a fully operational facility. His longstanding relationships with general contractors, architects, and tradespeople allow him to implement plans efficiently and manage installations according to very specific milestones. These links also allow him to avoid costly changes, overruns, and operational delays.
Eric became a member of the Boelter team in 2001. He enjoys listening to customers’ needs and helping them design unique and fruitful kitchens, bar, and dining areas. Eric approaches each new project and remodel with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Married to wife Wendy, they love to travel and spend time with their dog. His hobbies include going to the gym, riding motorcycles, and playing golf.
