Kurt has over 30 years of industry expertise in hospitality, contract design, and furniture sales. Within this, he has developed a strong design and space planning background in both commercial and residential establishments. His years of hands-on experience in construction, including mechanical and electrical systems, have provided Kurt with a comprehensive approach to front and back of house space planning, project coordination, and budget sensitivity. Kurt’s repeat customer base is one of the highest in the industry.
Kurt understands that each design is a balance of form and function. During each phase of construction, from an initial idea and design to installation and beyond, he is cognizant of all of the operational aspects of foodservice, from conception to delivery. He has completed hundreds of successful restaurants, nightclubs, dive bars, healthcare and assisted living facilities, private and public schools, corporate cafeterias, catering operations, casinos, water parks, brewpubs, retail establishments, and fast food concepts. This includes recent projects for Wilderness Water Park Resorts, Moosejaw Pizza & Brewing Company, Windstar Casino, and Conference Center, and Land-O-Lakes Corporate Cafeteria to name just a handful.
When he has a little time off, Kurt enjoys spending time in the woods, residential construction (except insulating), big-block Chevys, fly fishing, and family.
