Mark Mouradian manages projects and key accounts from Boelter’s Glendale office. While he joined the Boelter team in 2012, his foodservice career began back in 1973. Over the years he has gained experience in multiple industry segments, including foodservice operations and equipment and smallwares sales. His specialty, though, is design. He loves starting with a blank sheet of paper, talking with an owner, chef, or manager about their ideas, and setting about the task of creating front and back of house spaces that seamlessly work and flow.
What amazes him the most about his design work with Boelter is the variety of projects he gets to be involved with. Whether he’s converting a warehouse into a kitchen training facility for disadvantaged people, updating a school cafeteria, or doing a top to bottom remodel of a banquet facility, Mark is consistently passionate, genuine, and reliable. There’s nothing he appreciates more than seeing a successful operation that creates new jobs for people and success for owners!
