Paul Trent is a 30-year veteran of the foodservice industry and an 11-year veteran of the Boelter Companies. As a Designer and Project Manager in Boelter’s Chicago office, he works primarily with larger commercial operations, such as hospitals, day care centers, universities, corporate cafeterias, chain restaurants, hotels, and more.
Spending time in a custom steel manufacturing plant and as an equipment installer has given Paul an intimate understanding of the details that go into the successful completion of a commercial kitchen. He is passionate about fine-tuning designs and layouts to fit the unique needs of every location. His favorite part of the job is seeing the outcome. As he says, “After completing a project, there’s nothing like the expression on the face of a delighted customer.”
A few recent projects Paul has worked on include the renovation at Soldier Field, the Schaumburg Convention Center, Sears Centre Arena, and the Coca-Cola Café. In his leisure time, Paul enjoys golfing, Harley riding, and boating.
