Randy Englund joined Boelter in 2004 as the Director of National Accounts in our Minneapolis office. Today, he continues to work with multi-unit chains, successfully helping them open new stores every day.
Randy uses his thirty plus years of foodservice industry experience to identify, develop, and implement processes and procedures that make day-to-day operations easier and more efficient. He provides unique designs, as well as furniture, fixture & equipment packages that fit his customer’s individual needs. Variety is what Randy appreciates the most. Helping countless Boelter clients create memorable experiences for their customers motivates him as a designer and a leader every day.
Randy’s foodservice equipment experience before joining the Boelter team included everything from being a manufacturer’s rep to heading up the equipment/service/warehousing operations for a large national chain. Humbly starting his career in foodservice as a dishwasher has helped Randy form the solid foundation of hard work necessary for success in the industry.
Randy grew up in Minnesota and attended Bethel University in Arden Hills. In his time off he enjoys all types of physical activities—camping, biking, tennis, pickleball, walking.
