Rick Garavaglia is the leader of the Foodservice Design team in Boelter’s St. Louis office. In addition to working with customers to create commercial kitchen designs, he also manages the day-to-day operation of the office and oversees all design, project management, and installation projects. As a sincere and devoted leader, Rick enjoys watching Boelter designers succeed in their positions right alongside Boelter customers succeeding in their businesses.
Rick has been a member of the Boelter team since 2005, but he has been in the foodservice industry for over three decades. His experience as a hotel Food and Beverage Manager and his time spent working his way throughout the industry help him understand that excellent layout and flow are what make kitchens, bars, and dining rooms function.
In the past, Rick has completed projects for Cardinal Nation, Washington University Wohl Center, Lindenwood University, Pasta House Company Restaurants, and the University of Missouri Memorial Stadium. Watching our design projects go from initial idea to opening day and beyond gives Rick great satisfaction. On the weekends he enjoys golfing and heading out to the lake to fish.
