Tom Lutz is the Director of Foodservice Design at Boelter’s Minneapolis office. As a designer and project manager with over thirty years of experience, Tom understands all phases of construction and the operational aspects of different foodservice venues. He has built relationships with experts across the industry and works closely with owners, foodservice operators, contractors, and architects.
Tom’s background in interior design, construction, millwork, and fabrication enables him to provide expertise in multiple phases of design building and remodeling projects. Over the years, he has completed many restaurant, hotel, higher education, business, healthcare and casino kitchen facilities. Additionally, to be the best in the industry, Tom is passionate about keeping up with the latest innovations in kitchen equipment, space savings, and energy efficiency.
