Wayne began his career doing drafting for the design and sales department at Foodservice Equipment in Tampa, FL. From there he moved up and started working directly with customers on restaurant designs. Five years later, and ready for a new challenge, Wayne moved to the custom fabrication division and worked his way into becoming the plant operations manager. In 1997 he went to work for Macon Restaurant Supply, which is now Boelter Southeast Division.
Wayne has been a Project Manager/Designer for his tenure with Boelter Southeast Division. He helped design and manage government foodservice facilities, including the largest (at the time of its creation)in the nation Military Dining Hall at Fort Lee, VA, as well as several other military bases and public schools. He enjoys working with contractors and other customers, trying to provide them with the best quality equipment and services that they need.
