Each test kitchen is housed within a Boelter Event Center, located in Atlanta, Chicago and Milwaukee. Complete with a full kitchen, prep area and television screens for multi-media use, each facility is available for chefs and foodservice operators to test menus and new recipes or even hold cooking classes or culinary events.
